  • How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

  • What happens if I don’t return to the Smart Garden after cancellation?
    If you don’t return it within the specified period, a one-time fee will be applied to cover the cost of the system.
  • Can I keep the plants I’ve grown after canceling?
    Of course! You keep everything you’ve grown so far — they’re yours to love and harvest 🌿🍓
  • Do I have to return the garden if I cancel?
    Yes, since it’s a rental subscription. But don’t worry — we’ll handle the pickup. Just clean it and pack it, and we’ll do the rest ♻️
